FEATURES All of our products are produced by the Industrial Liquid Filling and Packing machines manufactured in various types from rotating drum to linear system which differ in a wide range of single to duodecimal type in our factory. The machine provides sterile area in the system continuously that has the UV rays provider and nitrogen spraying unit upon demand. The material of the machines is made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel precisely which they make filling and packing into operational bowls in different geometrical shapes. In addition other connecting elements used, bedding materials, electric equipments and motors, reducers, plungers and other equipments are selected based on the DIN norms that comply with the standards. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS Being considered as economic, productive and a practical machine in reference to the place it occupied in terms of mass production and production capacity the Rotary System machine is used for filling and packing of liquid foods like in Food and Dairy Industry (Ice cream, milk, buttermilk, yogurt, fruit yogurt, cream cheese, butter, fruit juice, marmalade, water, mineral water), in Process Food Industry (chocolate, margarine, instant soup, bouillon, gels, mayonnaise, marmalade, jam, molasses, oils) in Industrial Production Field (liquid soap, gel detergent, lotion, grease oil, industrial oils).
